Germany’s Free Democrat leader Guido Westerwelle has cast his ballot in Bonn. He’s hoping that his FDP party will gather enough votes to form a centre-right coalition with Angela Merkel’s Christian Democrats – a coalition the current Chancellor says she needs to revive Europe’s largest economy.
