Bus bombings kill 20 in Iraq

At least 20 people have been killed and another 10 injured in two minibus bombings south of the Iraqi capital Baghdad.

The bombs ripped apart the centre of the normally quiet town of Kut, a mainly Shi’ite community 150 kilometres southeast of Baghdad. Last Wednesday almost 100 people died in truck bombs in the capital, the deadliest day of attacks this year.
