The kidnapped head of a charity helping children in Chechnya has been found dead in the boot of a car beside her murdered husband. The deaths of Zarema Sadulayeva and Alik Dzhabrailov are the latest in a string of killings in the troubled Russian Muslim republic.Armed men seized the couple from the offices of the Save The Generations charity in the region’s capital Grozny. The organisation provides medical and psychological help for young people who have suffered as a result of violence. Last month leading Chechen rights activist Natalia Estemirova was kidnapped and murdered by unknown assailants triggering international outrage. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev ordered a thorough investigation but the killers remain at large.
