A bomb has gone off in a beachfront restaurant and bar in the capital of the Balearic island of Majorca.
Spanish national radio said the bomb exploded in the toilet of a bar called La Rigoletta, in front of a beach called Playa de Can Tere Antoni, in Palma. The area has been sealed off and nearby buildings have been evacuated. The Basque separatist group Eta is said to have issued a telephone warning shortly before the explosion.
