A huge air search in the Atlantic is continuing after two bodies from the crashed Air France flight 447 were found yesterday. The remains are thought to be both male. And they were found along with other debris including a passenger’s rucksack and an Air France ticket and part of the wing
The remains were found not far from the doomed jet’s last known signal – about 700 miles north east of Brazil – and searchers can now start looking more intensely there. A Brazilian Air Force spokesman said: This morning at 8.14 we had confirmation of the recovery from the water of pieces of wreckage and bodies which belonged to the Air France flight.” As well as helping to bring some sort of relief for grieving relatives that bodies of loved ones have been found, the discovery could assist experts determine the cause of the tragedy. The remains will be tested forensically. The number one theory among experts is that flight 447 broke up in a violent storm.
