Greek firefighters stage demo

There’s been more violence in downtown Athens

This time Greek fire fighters have been demonstrating and clashed with police. They are demanding full time contracts. At the moment Greek fire fighters are employed part time. The government promised them full time jobs but the fire fighters said the promise has been broken Violence flared when the protesters tried to break through a police cordon to try to reach the Finance Ministry.
