After three days of talks in the Middle East, US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is now in Brussels where she is expected to have talks with officials from NATO and the EU.First on the agenda was a dinner at Belgium’s Ministry for Foreign Affairs, where the issues of NATO’s relations with Russia and future involvement in Afghanistan were on the menu. Dignitaries, including the EU’s top diplomat Javier Solana and the British Foreign Secretary David Miliband were present. This is Clinton’s first visit to Brussels since she became Secretary of State. She is said to be keen to re-energize US transatlantic relations.
