President Barack Obama has signed his hard won stimulus plan for the ailing US economy which has dominated his first month in office.
The ceremony was held at a science museum in Denver, Colarado, far away from the political divisions in Washington. Republicans say the rescue package’s tax cuts are insufficient and fear it will saddle the economy with debt for years to come.
