Nazi war criminal Dr Aribert Heim, thought to be still on the run, actually died nearly 20 years ago. The revelation comes from an investigation by Germany’s ZDF television and The New York Times, which discloses Heim fell victim to cancer. Before his death Heim had been secretly living in Cairo. He had converted to Islam and changed his name to Tarek Farid Hussein. Friends were stunned to learn of his terrible past.Heim became infamous for injecting toxins into the hearts of concentration camp inmates and watching them die. He also famously removed organs without anaesthetic and kept a human skull as a paperweight. Reports surfaced that Heim was still alive and living in South America. This investigation reveals he has been buried in an unmarked pauper’s grave in Cairo.
