Ukraine says Russia agrees to review gas deal 
Ukraine at the crossroads Russian gas deliveries to Europe via Ukraine have restarted this morning, on the orders of Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
But while the gas taps have been turned back on, it is still going to take up to 36 hours for supplies to be fully restored. The move comes after a deal was struck to resolve a dispute with Ukraine over unpaid bills.
