Russia has cast fresh doubt over whether the gas price row with Ukraine has been successfully concluded.
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev says an agreement on international monitoring of gas transit through Ukraine cannot be implemented until contradictions in the document are cleared up. Ukraine signed the agreement early on Sunday but a handwritten note on the docment asked for a declaration to be attached.
