Spain’s Interior Minister has become the latest to add his voice to the uncertainty, saying if there were another partner apart from Lukoil, he would find one. He also hinted that Total of France would be looked on favourably. Reports in the Spanish financial press say there are also doubts about Lukoil’s financial guarantees for the purchase.
