The world’s smallest manned helicopter has taken to the skies in the place where the concept of vertical flight is purported to have been born.

For the man who designed the GEN-H 4, it was a dream to see his creation hovering above Vinci in Italy, the birthplace of the Renaissance genius Leonardo, who designed an “aerial-screw” in the 1480s.
