Kidnapped BBC man filmed in explosives belt

The kidnappers of BBC Journalist Alan Johnstone have released a video of the abducted reporter wearing an explosives belt. Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh disclosed the film of Johnstone in his first major speech since Hamas seized control of the Gaza Strip.

Johnstone went missing in Gaza on March the 12th and is believed to be being held by the Army of Islam, a little-known group that draws inspiration from al-Qaeda. Hamas officials in Gaza say they are pressing for the 45-year old’s release.
