Serb war crimes suspect arrested in Montenegro


A Serb police general wanted on war crimes charges for allegedly ordering the killings of Kosovo
Albanians has been arrested in Montenegro. A Serb official said Vlastimir Djordjevic was seized in an operation involving both countries and has already been transferred to the War Crimes Tribunal in The Hague.
