A woman has been slightly injured after a letter bomb exploding in central London. The device is believed to have been delivered to the Capita Group building on Victoria Street. A cordon has been set up around the building. The firm is a leading business out-sourcing company which runs London’s congestion charge system among other services. Scotland Yard says its anti-terrorism command is now investigating.
