Has another ETA attack been narrowly avoided? Police in Spain’s Basque Country say they have found 100 kg of explosives which appear to have been stored by the separatist group.

The discovery was made in a village in the province of Vizcaya. Authorities say the explosives were ready for immediate use and only lacked a detonator.
