An Iraqi appeals court has confirmed the guilty verdict and death sentence against Saddam Hussein for crimes against humanity. Iraqi High Tribunal rules say the execution must follow a final decision on the appeal within 30 days.
On 5th of November, Saddam was sentenced to hang over the killings of 148 Shi’ites from the town of Dujail after he escaped assassination there in 1982.
