Bad weather delays Discovery launch

world news

NASA has decided to postpone the launch of the shuttle Discovery by at least a day because of bad weather. It was due to take off from the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida on Thursday night for a 12-day mission to rewire the International Space Station. The ISS has been running on a temporary electrical system for the past eight years. The installation of two solar array panels in September should enable the completion of a permanent one.
