In Somalia, an Italian Catholic nun killed in an attack that’s been linked to Muslim anger against the Pope has been named as sister Leonella Sgorbati. The nun’s guard also died from gunshot wounds in the latest strike on foreign personnel in the country’s volatile capital, Mogadishu. The 66-year-old nun had been in Somalia since 2002 helping to train nurses at a children’s hospital. Two suspects have been arrested by Islamist militiamen who control Mogadishu.
