Police in the UK say they have charged four men arrested last week during the course of an anti-terrorist operation. One of them, identified as 22-year-old Yassin Mutegombwa, has been charged with three counts of having terrorism training at rural addresses in the counties of Hampshire and Berkshire in April and June this year. Mutegombwa was one of 14 men arrested when officers carried out raids in south London last week. His 20-year-old brother Hassan has been charged with procuring funds for terrorism. Two other man have been charged with related terrorism offences. The four will appear in court in west London today.
