Israel needs between ten and fifteen days to complete its offensive against Hezbollah, according to a government source. The Israeli Defence Force insists it has no other choice as the militant group continues to launch rockets into its territory. Israel has continued to pound targets in southern Lebanon while its soldiers have crossed the Lebanese border towards the town of Khiam. Meanwhile, amid reports the army has been ordered to accelerate its offensive, three more reservist divisions, amounting to 15,000 troops, have been called up to the border.
