More than a dozen Hizbollah rockets have hit the northern Israeli city of Haifa killing two people and wounding 15 others. One of the victims died when a rocket struck an apartment in a residential area. Air raid sirens also sounded in the town of Zichron Yaakov, which lies 60km south of the Lebanese border. The barrage on Haifa was part of a wave of rockets from Lebanon that slammed into a number of towns and cities across northern Israel. The second fatality occured when a rocket hit a road killing a man who was driving his car.
