Hizbollah continues to pound northern Israel – in the town of Nazareth, home to the country’s largest Arab community, two children have been killed in the latest rocket attack. Local police said four rockets were fired on the city, one of which hit a house. The victims were Israeli Arabs.The Lebanese guerrilla group claims it has the capacity to continue bombing Israel for months, adding that the Israeli army has failed to disrupt its weapons supply routes to the south.
Earlier today, the strategic town of Haifa was targetted once again. There were reportedly no casualites but the seafront area was damaged. The port town has been the target of repeated Hizbollah attacks in recent days.
