One of the icons of Ukraine’s Orange Revolution, Yulia Tymoshenko, is poised once again to become the country’s prime minister after talks within Ukraine’s governing coaltion. The agreement is still subject to confirmation by coalition members of parliament.

Tymoshenko was previously Prime Minister between February and September last year but was ousted by President Viktor Yushchenko after an intense power struggle within the government.
