Explosions reported in London Underground and in a bus

An emergency alert has been called on the London Underground after smoke was seen coming from a London underground train. Three lines were closed. Other reports speak of a bus where according to the police perhaps a shooting took place or a detonator went off. The London Police Chief said that the explosions were “clearly a serious incident”. The incidents occurred two weeks after bomb attacks killed more than 50 people in London.
