Four gored in Pamplona bull run

There were extremely gory scenes on the streets of Pamplona on Monday morning as the Spanish city celebrated the fifth day of the running of the bulls festival.

One bull separated from the herd and charged on several members of the crowd, making today the longest and most violent run so far this year. In total, four people were gored with eight others wounded in the stampede. Ernest Hemingway’s 1920s novel “The Sun also Rises” made the week-long fiesta famous and thousands of people from around the world go there each year.
