Juncker optimistic after Luxembourg vote

Luxembourg’s Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker reacted with optimism to his country’s vote in a press conference after the final result was announced.

After last month’s ill-tempered European Summit in Brussels Prime Minister Juncker described Europe as being in a serious crisis. It is now up to the other states who are yet to ratify the EU constition to see if that optimism is well founded.
