Turkish police have shot dead a suspected suicide bomber after he apparently tried to set off an explosive device inside the country’s Justice Ministry.Local television captured the moment when security forces chased the man away from the offices, shooting him in the leg and then the head as he tried to stand up.Police have indicated the man in his late twenties was a member of a far left group called the Revolutionary People’s Liberation Party-Front. The Justice Minister explained that officers had shot him because he had a bomb around his waist. The European Union has in the past expressed concern over police brutality in Turkey.
