“Ukraine’s unity is fundamental” – the reaction of EU leaders to threats from the country’s pro-Russian eastern regions to seek autonomy. The European Union’s high representative for foreign policy, Javier Solana, addressed the issue after a meeting of EU and NATO ambassadors in Brussels.
